The AlphaAnnounce Public Address System fulfills all class rules, is built up either as a redundant or as a A/B loop system and includes General Alarm and Fire Alarm features. The standard version includes 2x250W amplifiers, alarm generator, alarm panel, digital & analogue controllers and microphone panel. The system is optionally extend-able. The redundant version includes a second alarm generator and the system is configured for the second amplifier to take over from the first amplifier in case of failure. The A/B loop version features separate amplifiers, racks and cabling. Both versions feature a gateway with external contacts for fire alarms from the Fire Alarm System and additional buttons to activate the General Alarm. Additional contacts are provided for signaling in the engine room, mute functions etc. the main power supply is from 230VAC with 24VDC back-up supply. System and power failures are indicated on the PA and alarm panels. External alarm contacts are available for the Ships Alarm Monitoring System.
