The JLR-21 GPS compass reaches a new level of performance and stability with many new features and enhancements. This system is also known as a 3D Dynamic Sensor™, which besides giving heading information, is designed to provide highly accurate information of the ships movement in all axis. The JLR-21 provides heading accuracy of 0.5° and is approved as a THD (Transmitting Heading Device) for IMO cargo vessels from 300GT to 500GT and all passenger vessels. It is an alternative to the conventional gyro-compass or magnetic compass and is fully maintenance free.
