The Lambda Marine Remote Support Contract includes a total of 10 hours of remote support of products and systems supplied, installed and/or supported by Lambda Marine. Systems should be capable of remote IT network connectivity and does not include cost of spare parts, software and/or communication expenses, if any. Interventions will be charged in 0.5 hour increments and include time spent by a Lambda Marine Remote Support Engineer to remotely research,  diagnose, troubleshoot, report and rectify, if feasible remotely, any issues reported by client.
