Lambda Marine signs on as Fortinet Partner to promote FortiGate Firewall Solutions for vessels

Lambda Marine, a maritime ICT system integrator based in the UAE, recently signed up as a Fortinet Partner to promote FortiGate Firewall solutions. Fortinet is the only company with security solutions for network, endpoint, application, data center, cloud and access, designed to work together as an integrated and collaborative security fabric. FortiGate is available in a wide range of sizes and form factors to fit any environment, and provides a broad array of next generation security and networking functions. Complementary products can be deployed with a FortiGate to enable a simplified, end-to-end security infrastructure. Lambda Marine successfully integrated the Fortinet FortiGate FG-300D Firewall into an existing IT infrastructure on board a UAE super-yacht. The highly customized integration included multiple Internet Gateways (VSAT/4G/3G) and multiple VLAN's for crew, owner and guest use. Besides manufacturer warranty and support, Lambda Marine supplies FortiGate systems standard with its own remote maintenance services for ship owners.
