Lambda Marine completes major upgrade of Lantic Entertainment system on board UAE superyacht

Lambda Marine recently completed a major upgrade of a Lantic Entertainment System on board a UAE super-yacht in conjunction with the manufacturer. The project included the replacement of Media Servers, the supply of Streaming Servers, the refurbishment and supply of the cabin Media Centers and installing the latest generation of Lantic Entertainment System software. In addition cabin Media Centers were fitted with BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) media streaming functionality, enabling crew and guests to use their own iPhone/iPad/iPod to stream content to/from the Lantic Media Servers. Furthermore new functionality was added to enable the owner to select his own Satellite TV channels from the comfort of his cabin. Finally, interfaces were added to enable owners/guests to use their own Apple TV and/or PS3 game consoles via the Lantic system. Crew, owner and guests were highly excited about the new Lantic Entertainment System features and the new modern GUI (Graphical User Interface).
