The P210 is Command Group Talk-Back Station for use in Steering Gear Room, Thruster Room, Life Boat Stations etc. The P210 is an IP66 enclosed device, with one single multi-function push button. the unit is powered by 18-36VDC. Together with a Loudhailer, a headset, an alarm bell and a rotary light beacon, the unit forms a flexible Talk-Back communication station. The P210 can establish semi-duplex loud speaking conversations, using the loudhailer as speaker and microphone and the button as PTT, or full duplex can be achieved using the headset or handset. Up to 10 P210 stations can be connected, allowing command group conferences, typically initiated from the Bridge, using one-party speaking, all party listening mode. Use of the PTT button gains the right to speak. The speaking party and speech direction can be forced by the Command Group Initiator, typically the Bridge.(excluding optional Headset, Hornspeaker, Alarm bell/beacon)
